I chose UC Davis for its welcoming small-town atmosphere, outstanding faculty and unique charm—especially with cows on campus and Cheeto the physics cat! My undergraduate experience here was incredibly rewarding, and I am excited to continue my graduate journey at a place that has already made such a positive impact on me.

• I have seen over 50 Broadway shows and national tours. Little Shop of Horrors and Hadestown are two of my favorites.
• I am passionate about baking, with a special love for making delicious cakes and cookies.
• For the past nine years, I have been a volunteer dog walker at my local animal shelter. It is one of my favorite activities for stress relief!
