Master's of Business Administration, University of California, Davis
Bachelor's of Science, Biotechnology, University of California, Davis

Alicia Sullivan is the Director of eos, where she is facilitating the introduction and use of the platform eos. Alicia knows the depth of knowledge and experience UC Davis alumni have and is working to make eos the central hub of communications and lifelong learning for alumni and current students alike. Throughout her career she has always sought out new opportunities to continue learning, so to share this opportunity with students is especially exciting for her.

Sullivan has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and business. She spent the great portion of her career at Genentech where she helped start up the world's largest pharmaceutical plant. While at Genentech she spent five years as a technical writer in the Quality Assurance department. It was her love of learning that helped her gain the skills and expertise to then become a System Administrator in Genentech's Automation Department. Being involved in the manufacturing of cancer drugs was very personally rewarding for Alicia and she remembers those experiences fondly.

Upon leaving Genentech, she worked for Kane and Finkel, a pharmaceutical advertising company in San Francisco. That position led to her role as a Fact Checker and Annotator for WebMD where she was responsible for ensuring all medical claims made on the website were backed up by research. Most recently, Alicia was a Legislative Coordinator for the California Department of Health Care Services.

Sullivan obtained her MBA from UC Davis in 2022 as part of the Sacramento Part-Time MBA program. It was her time at the GSM that encouraged her to start her own business, Goats on the Lamb, where she raises goats and sheep to be utilized for targeted grazing and brush removal. In her free time, Sullivan enjoys spending time with her husband (a fellow GSM alum) and two sons, as well as the many animals that they raise.
