Parto Aram joined the Career Development team in October 2018 as a career counselor. She works closely with Bay Area Part-Time MBA students. 

Parto Aram provides career counseling to Part-Time and Online MBA students, helping them navigate career transitions and professional growth.

After seven years as a hardware engineer designing embedded systems, Aram returned to school part-time to earn her MBA and subsequently transitioned into semiconductor marketing. She held marketing management roles on the East Coast before serving as a European marketing manager based in Bristol, England.

Following her career in high tech, Aram founded Inspire-Tech, an educational nonprofit organization that develops and delivers hands-on STEM programs for girls in underrepresented communities. Her professional experience spans engineering, marketing, curriculum development, program management, fundraising, teaching, mentorship and nonprofit leadership.

Drawing on her own experience navigating multiple career transitions, as well as her background in technology, marketing, nonprofit leadership and coaching, she helps students navigate career decisions with clarity, confidence and purpose.
