Peipei Gong

Peipei Gong (she/her/hers) serves as associate director of admissions for the MBA and Master of Management programs at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, where she joined in March 2026. She brings more than a decade of experience in higher education, with a focus on enrollment management, partnership development and alumni engagement.

In this role, Gong leads relationship-building and community outreach initiatives, with an emphasis on inclusive recruitment strategies. She supports both the Full-Time and Part-Time MBA and Master of Management programs in attracting and enrolling high-potential candidates.

Gong holds a master’s degree in higher education and social policy from Northwestern University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. Her professional background spans government and public affairs work in South Africa, executive MBA recruitment across Asia and Europe, and international and graduate admissions at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. She is passionate about expanding access to higher education and ensuring students have the support and resources needed to thrive academically and professionally.

Outside of work, Gong enjoys playing tennis and piano, as well as traveling and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines.
